Come Home - Psilocyban Journey
Return to the earth. Return to yourself. Return to each other.
A guided breathwork and psilocybin journey outdoors, in community, by firelight. Open to all.
Friday, July 11 @10am
Held outdoors, weather permitting, with covered backup
Open fire, open sky, grounded community space.
There is something in you that already knows how to heal. This day helps you hear it.
We open with a guided breathwork session led by Karina, a gentle but powerful practice to settle the nervous system, open the body, and create the inner conditions for a meaningful journey. Breathwork alone can unlock profound emotional release. As a preparation for psilocybin, it becomes something even more a bridge between ordinary awareness and the deeper states to come.
From there, we move into the psilocybin journey together. Outside, by a fire, held by nature and by each other.
We warmly welcome individuals, couples, and partners of all kinds. Whether you're arriving alone or alongside someone you love, there is space for you here.
How the day unfolds
We begin with Karina's breathwork session, grounding, opening, and arriving together as a group. When everyone feels ready, the journey begins. Facilitators are present throughout the entire day. The fire burns from morning through to the close. There is no rush. The day has its own rhythm and you are invited to follow it.
Why breathwork first
Breathwork and psilocybin share something important — both invite you to release control and trust what arises. Beginning the day with Karina's guidance means you arrive at the journey already softened, already open. The transition from breathwork into the psilocybin experience tends to feel natural, even seamless. Many people find that the breathwork session alone surfaces things they didn't know they were carrying.
Why psilocybin — and why now
Research increasingly shows what many cultures have long known: psilocybin is one of the most powerful tools we have for emotional and mental healing.
Clinically, psilocybin has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety — often after a single session. It creates new neural pathways, loosening the grip of repetitive thought patterns and trauma loops. It supports the processing of grief and emotional pain held in the body. For women navigating hormonal shifts — PMS, PMDD, perimenopause — it can offer relief from the emotional dysregulation that conventional medicine often dismisses. And perhaps most powerfully, it restores a sense of connection: to yourself, to others, and to something larger.
For couples, psilocybin can open a tenderness and honesty that is difficult to access in ordinary life. Many partners find that a shared journey dissolves walls that years of talking could not, creating a renewed sense of intimacy, empathy, and understanding.
This is not a party. It is not an escape. It is a return.
What to expect
A small, carefully held group. A fire. Fresh air. Karina's breathwork to open the day. Facilitators present from beginning to end. Integration support so that what surfaces can land and take root in your everyday life and relationships.
Spaces are strictly limited.
