In that “Journey” I was exposed to every horrifying thing imaginable and unimaginable, and I could tolerate all of it. I could exist, while staring it all in the face. And none of it affected me in that higher consciousness, in any emotionally unbearable way. It was all completely bearable. I have been terrified my entire life that what exists within my mind and body has the power to suddenly become so unbearable that I will either lose my sanity or die. I got the fucking unimaginable gift of learning that everything inside of me is not only completely bearable but expansive and beautiful and a million things other than terrifying. And that instantaneously made the space for me to fall deeply in love with myself and my life. I am a fucking miracle. Who gets to be that?! So much gratitude is constantly leaking out of my eyes since that trip.

I am overflowing. The trip increased my window of tolerance exponentially. If I were to distill it into one sentence.
