Alchemy of Transformation

Cellular trauma healing, clearing blocks & lighting up blind spots

The body remembers what the mind has set down. Held in tissue, in water, in the cells themselves, old experience can become a block you feel but cannot name.

Here we go in gently, release what is ready at the cellular level, and bring light to the places you have not yet been able to see. Not reliving the wound. Clearing the path.

Plant allies

The earth remembers how to create

Plant allies are also available to aid and support you through every foundation of the alchemy. The earth holds the knowledge of creation itself: contraction and expansion, the in-breath and the out-breath, the seed that closes before it opens. Sitting with the plants is a way of being taught by that rhythm, directly, in the body.

Plant medicine is always an invitation, never a requirement. Every journey is guided by safety, consent and readiness, and held with integration before, during and after.

Learn to work the alchemy yourself

The techniques of Alchemy Within and Alchemy of Transformation are now being taught, for those called to carry this work for themselves, their families and their communities. You learn them the way you would receive them: in safety, at your pace, with integration woven through every step.

Three months · One to one

1:1 Mentorship

Three months with your guide, shaped around you. Learn each technique, practise it, and let it settle into your body before the next one opens. Deep, personal and unhurried.

In circle · Together

Group Workshops

Learn alongside fellow practitioners. Shared practice, shared witness, and the kind of growth that only happens in community, where every person's breakthrough ripples through the circle.
